、 The body of an electric hoist crane is very heavy, and there will be a lot of inertia when lifting heavy objects. If the electric hoist immediately reverses and brakes abruptly during normal operation, it will generate a large torque in the entire electric motor operating mechanism, which will damage the transmission system. In severe cases, it may cause the transmission shaft to twist and break, and the body to twist and deform.
、 Reverse sudden braking of an electric hoist can also cause severe impact on the gear connection system, damaging the gears and leading to accidents in the electric hoist equipment.
、 Electric hoist reverse sudden braking can also cause the electric motor to generate a large torque and strong current, and in severe cases, it can burn out the electric motor.
、 The electric hoist reversing and sudden braking can also cause the suspended object in the air to swing and fall.
Therefore, in work, except in special dangerous situations to avoid accidents, it is strictly prohibited to reverse and brake abruptly.
