LX Single Suspension Bridge Crane

Single-beam suspension bridge crane is usually on I-beams or similar structures. Its crane running wheels are directly suspended under these steels and moving along their lower edges. This allows the bridge crane to use the existing building structure as support. Therefore, it reduces the cost of building additional ground tracks. Because of the suspension structure, it does not require an additional crane track support structure, This makes its overall structure lighter and more flexible, but also limits its maximum load-bearing capacity.

It is suitable for places where there is not enough space or conditions do not allow the construction of a ground rail system. For example, suspension bridge crane is for some old factory renovation projects, or where the lifting capacity requirements are not high and cost savings are needed. Different from general type single beam bridge crane, it has simpler structure and is easier to maintain. The main lifting mechanism is CD/MD type electric wire rope hoist.

Single beam suspension bridge crane is widely applicable to factories, warehouses, docks and other places where material handling is required frequently. They are suitable for occasions with medium and low load requirements, such as parts assembly lines, warehousing and logistics. It is mainly for industries like machinery manufacturing, automobile industry, and food processing.
