MHB Type Semi Gantry Crane

Single beam semi-gantry crane is a compact structure and highly flexible lifting equipment, suitable for small and medium-sized material handling tasks. Its main structure includes a main beam, legs on one or both sides, and an electric hoist. The main beam is made of high-strength steel, with good rigidity and load-bearing capacity, and the surface is anti-corrosion treatment for extended service life. It has support legs only on one side, and the other side is connected to the wall or column of the factory building. This structural design reduces the overall footprint of the equipment, while reducing the weight of the equipment and improving economic efficiency.

The electric hoist trolley is installed under the main beam, and the lifting and lateral movement of heavy objects is achieved through electric drive to ensure smooth operation and accuracy. The running mechanism is located at the bottom of the outrigger and uses rubber tires with brake function to ensure smooth operation and positioning accuracy on the track. The entire system has advanced electrical control systems, including frequency converter and multiple safety protection devices to ensure operational safety and reliability. Single beam semi-gantry crane is mainly for warehouses, workshops and light industrial production environments.
