QCL Electromagnetic Beam Overhead Crane

Lifting Capacity: 15-40 Ton
Span: 22.5-34.5 meter
Lifting Height: 16 meter
Working Grade: A6-A7

Electromagnetic beam overhead crane is an efficient lifting equipment specially for handling and stacking metal materials. According to the layout of the main beam, there are four types: parallel to main girder, vertical to main girder, upper rotation beam type and lower rotation beam type. These four types are different in structural design, operation mode and applicable working sites.

Hanging Beam Parallel to Main Girder Type (double beam structure)

Structural features: Two main girders are arranged in parallel, and the electromagnetic hanging beam is installed horizontally below main girders.

Advantages: Strong load-bearing capacity and high stability, suitable for lifting needs of large tonnage (such as 15t~40t) and long span (≥16m), and are commonly in steel plants and heavy machinery manufacturing.

Typical applications: Lifting heavy-duty magnetic materials such as steel plates, steel coils, large castings, etc.

Hanging Vertical to Main Girder Type (double beam structure)

Structural features: The electromagnetic hanging beam and electric trolley are perpendicular to main girders, and the overall structure is compact.

Advantages: It takes up a small space, suitable for low-short factory buildings or short spans (≤12m), has high flexibility.

Upper-rotation beam electromagnetic overhead crane

Structural features: The hanging beam is installed above main girders and can rotate on a horizontal plane. This design allows the bridge crane to carry material on a larger scale. By rotating the hanging beam, more complex material handling tasks can be achieved and greatly improve operating flexibility.

Multi-angle material handling: Suitable for situations where materials need to be transported from multiple angles, such as handling or assembly operations of complex shape workpieces.

Lower-rotation beam electromagnetic bridge crane

Structural features: The hanging beam is installed below maingirders and can rotate on a horizontal plane. Similar to the upper-spin hanging beam, but it is usually more suitable for low-headroom environments.

Application: This design is especially suitable for places with low headroom, ensuring efficient operation at limited heights. For example, in basements, factory interiors and other areas where clearance is limited, the lower rotary hanging beam design can make full use of limited space for material handling.
