Roasting Multifunctional Bridge Crane

The roasting multifunctional bridge crane is a special crane with a vacuum material conveying system, a dust removal and cooling system, and an anode carbon block clamping device. It is a special crane for the process line serving the anode carbon block roasting process.

The unit has the following main functions:

• (1) Loading the furnace: Load the unbaked anode blocks (green blocks) into the roasting furnace pit;

• (2) Filling: Fill the granular coke in the material box into the gap between the roasting furnace and the anode blocks, and cover the top;

• (3) Suction: Suction the filling material in the furnace into the silo;

• (4) Unloading: Take the baked anode blocks (cooked blocks) out of the roasting furnace and send them to the conveyor belt or designated location;

• (5) An auxiliary suction pipe is installed on the trolley to clean the flue and remove dust. A 10t electric hoist is equipped on the bridge frame to carry the burner and repair and maintain the roasting furnace.

• The whole machine is mainly composed of an electric trolley, bridge frame, trolley running mechanism, an electric hoist, and an electrical control system. The trolley is composed of a suction and unloading system, a clamping device, a trolley frame, a trolley operating mechanism and a driver's cab. The entire trolley is controlled by frequency conversion and PLC.
